Clare McGrath

Clare is a student at Clemson University and is pursuing a Chemistry major with a minor in Biological Sciences. During the academic year, Clare is a member of Dr. Jeffrey Anker’s Creative Inquiry team which aims to develop a sensitive and rapid viral testing assay. During the summer, she will be working with Dr. Julia Brumaghim and Dr. Modi Wetzler on their research “Synthesis of a family of radioprotectants and preliminary screens for protection from galactic cosmic ray damage.”
